All the information of state, city and municipality in one place.

Public offices, utilities, transport operators, tourism and culture create information every day. It sits in many different places. With artificial intelligence (AI) we bring it together so you no longer have to search for everything by hand when planning, funding and reporting.

The problem

The information exists. Just not in one place.

Every office and every operator keeps its own information, in its own programs and lists. Anyone who needs an overview has to ask around, merge lists and hope everything is still correct. That takes time, and by the time the figures are together, part of them is already out of date.

Every office has its own program

The same information sits in several places, often in different versions. One opening time on the website, another on the notice board, a third in the app. Nobody knows for sure which one is right.

Decisions lack an overview

Where is there already an offer, where is one missing? The figures have to be painstakingly gathered from municipalities, associations and organisers. Decisions are therefore often made by gut feeling instead of facts.

Citizens find old information

Opening hours, roadworks and events change all the time. Updating the website often takes a long time. Citizens end up in front of closed doors and then call the office.

Knowledge depends on individuals

Much of it is written down nowhere and lives in the heads of experienced colleagues. When they retire or are ill, it is missing. New staff need months to learn where everything is.

An example

A funding decision, before and after.

Before

A club applies for money for a family festival in the south of the region. The case officer asks municipalities and tourist boards what already exists there and waits days for answers.

After

She opens the map and sees at a glance that the south has hardly any family offers at weekends. She has the figures for her report straight away and can assess the application the same day.

Examples

Typical uses.

01

State

A state wants to know how well its districts are served with culture and leisure offers. Instead of writing to every municipality, the cultural administration sees the answer on a map, always current and broken down by target group.

02

City

A city wants its website, app and the screens at its stops to show the same information. The system keeps one shared state that every channel draws from. A change applies everywhere at the same time.

03

Municipality

A small municipality has nobody to keep the clubs' events up to date on its website. The system collects them from the clubs' own pages and shows them, current, on the municipality's site. The council sees at a glance what is happening in town.

What we build

What this means in your daily work.

An example from cultural administration: all events in your region sit in one place. That lets you answer questions about funding, planning and reporting too.

01

Before a funding decision

Are there already similar offers in this region? Where is something missing, for families or in rural areas, say? You see it on a map before you decide and can copy the figures straight into your statement.

02

After the funding

Did the funded project take place, how often and where? It shows in the continuously collected dates from organisers and ticketing, without you having to ask.

03

For the culture and annual report

Figures on the offer by region, genre and accessibility, ready-made instead of compiled by hand. For every figure you can see where it came from, in case anyone asks.

04

For planning

What would a new offer bring to a given place? The system shows you an estimate on the map before you decide about the money.

What you get

What changes for you.

Deciding with figures

You see where offers are missing before money flows, not afterwards. Funding reaches the places where it achieves the most.

Less asking around

Information you used to request from many places sits in one place. That saves you and the municipalities many emails and phone calls.

Reports without manual work

Figures for culture and annual reports are ready, and every figure shows where it came from. The report is done much faster.

How it works

How your system could work.

Every system is built for you. Which sources are included, what is checked and where the data goes, we decide together. Three examples:

How we start

Three steps to a first result.

  1. 01

    Conversation

We listen to where most of your time goes into data and look at the programs you work with today.

  2. 02

    Small start

We begin with a slice of your data. That way you see early, and without much risk, whether it works for you.

  3. 03

    Expansion

If it fits, we expand step by step. Your staff keep working the way they are used to.

Example

CIXTRA Prometheus

Prometheus is the part of CIXTRA that analyses the data. On a map you see where a region has culture and leisure offers and where they are missing, and how the offer develops over time. You type your questions the way you would ask a colleague.

Where are family offers missing at weekends?

In the south of the region there are hardly any family offers at weekends. The nearest ones are in the city.

Frequent questions

Questions we are often asked.

How can a mistake be traced?+

Every detail shows which source it came from and when it was last checked. A mistake can be traced back to the source and corrected in one place. The correction then applies in all channels.

Can several municipalities or a whole state take part?+

Yes. Each municipality sees its own data, the state sees the overview of all of them. Who may see and edit which data is set for every office.

Do clubs have to learn anything new?+

No. The system reads the dates from the websites and documents clubs already maintain. When a club changes something, the change is taken over.

Do we have to switch our software?+

No. The system delivers the data into the software you already use, or through an interface to website and app. Your processes stay.

Does the AI decide over our heads?+

No. The system prepares and flags what is unclear. You decide what may be passed on without approval, and every step is traceable.

What happens to our data?+

It belongs to you and is only used for your tasks. We process it in line with the GDPR. Where it is stored and who may access it is set out in writing before the start.

What does it cost?+

The price depends on the number of sources and channels. After the first conversation you receive a concrete offer for a pilot. It also states what we measure, so you can see whether it pays off.

Do we need our own IT specialists?+

No. We build and run the system. On your side it mainly takes people who know how the work runs today.

Where does your administration lose the most time to data?

In one conversation we find out together where that is. And we show you what a system can take over.
