You're the quality control layer on top of our AI pipeline. The model covers thousands of venues, productions and festivals at scale; you make sure what comes out the other side is accurate, well-translated, and properly tagged. Your work is the difference between an AI guess and a fact.
What you'll do
- Review and correct AI-generated descriptions, translations, and metadata for venues, productions, festivals, and artists.
- Spot-check enrichment outputs across 10 languages, flag systematic errors, feed quality signals back into the pipeline.
- Curate edge cases the model gets wrong: rare programs, regional context, accessibility details, rights questions.
- Work directly with the founders to shape the editorial guidelines as the system scales.
What we're looking for
- Strong cultural literacy: theater, music, museums, festivals, performing arts. You know the difference between Salzburger Festspiele and a Volksfest.
- Native-level German, professional English. Additional EU languages a plus.
- Sharp eye, comfortable with web tools, low ego, willing to flag what looks wrong.
- Fully remote within the EU. Flexible hours within the 20h/week, async-friendly.
