Data from hundreds of sources, reliably in one place.
Many companies live on information they do not create themselves: from partners, municipalities, portals and the web. We build systems with artificial intelligence (AI) that collect this information, check it, bring it into one form and keep it current. Your teams look after the cases that really need a person.
The more sources, the more manual work.
Whether media house, utility, retail chain or travel provider: anyone who needs information from many partners gets it in hundreds of forms. Whole teams are busy reviewing it, adapting it and keeping it current. Every new partner adds work, and in the end the customers see the mistakes.
Every partner delivers differently
One sends a spreadsheet, the next only has a website, the third its own portal. Before the data is usable, someone has to bring it into one form. With hundreds of partners that is the work of a whole team.
Out of date before it reaches the customer
Partners change dates, offers and opening hours without telling you. By the time the change reaches you, customers have long seen the wrong information. The complaints land with you.
Growth means more staff
Every new region and every new partner means more data someone has to maintain. The business grows, and the costs grow at the same pace. That makes growth hard.
Knowledge in a few heads
Which source is reliable and how a partner delivers its data is often known to only a few people. When they are away or leave, the work stalls.
A new partner, before and after.
Before
A company wins a partner with hundreds of locations. Until now that means weeks in which a team reviews the data, adapts formats and hunts for errors before customers see any of it.
After
The system reads the partner's data, recognises its form and brings it into your shared order. Within a few days the offers are visible to customers. The team only checks the cases the system flags as unclear.
Typical uses.
01
Media house
A media house with many regional editions needs dates, opening hours and service information for each region. The system collects them from hundreds of sources and delivers each edition its current part, without anyone typing.
02
Utility
A utility offers its customers an app with information from many municipalities, and each municipality delivers it differently. The system brings it all into one form, keeps it current and reports discrepancies before customers notice them.
03
Travel provider
A travel provider shows offers from hundreds of partners in many countries. The system brings everything into one form, translates it into the customers' languages and keeps dates and descriptions current.
04
Ticketing platform
A ticketing platform receives events from thousands of organisers, each in its own form. The system recognises when the same event is reported several times, merges it and takes over postponements and cancellations as soon as they are known.
05
Hotel group
A hotel group wants to show guests at every property what there is to experience nearby. The system puts together the right offer for each property, in the guest's language, for app, room screen and reception.
06
Transport company
A transport company constantly needs information from many municipalities: roadworks, major events, closed roads. The system collects it and reports early where more passengers or diversions are to be expected.
What this means in your daily work.
We build the system around your sources and your channels. Your processes stay, the manual work goes.
01
All sources in one place
Data from partners, municipalities, portals and websites is collected continuously, whatever form it comes in. For example: one partner sends a spreadsheet, another only maintains its website. Both end up in the same order.
02
One shared order
Different formats and spellings are brought into line, duplicates are merged. For example: the same place has three different names at three partners. The system recognises it is the same.
03
Always up to date
When a partner changes something, the change is detected and taken over, and doubtful cases go to your team. For example: a date is moved, and the next morning your app shows the new one.
04
Ready for every channel
App, website, newsletter and customer service are all fed from the same state. An AI assistant answers customer questions and says where each answer comes from.
What changes for you.
Growing without more staff
New partners and regions come on board without the team having to grow at the same pace. The effort per partner goes down.
Fewer complaints
Customers see current, checked information. Anything that does not fit is flagged before it reaches them.
Traceable
For every detail you see which partner it came from and when it was last checked. If something is wrong, the cause is found quickly.
How your system could work.
Every system is built for you. Which sources are included, what is checked and where the data goes, we decide together. Three examples:

01
Conversation
We listen to where most of your time goes into data and look at the programs you work with today.
02
Small start
We begin with a slice of your data. That way you see early, and without much risk, whether it works for you.
03
Expansion
If it fits, we expand step by step. Your staff keep working the way they are used to.
Questions we are often asked.
How quickly is a new partner connected?+
The system recognises the form in which a partner delivers and brings the data into your order. Instead of weeks of manual work it usually takes a few days until the offers are visible to your customers.
What if a partner suddenly delivers its data differently?+
The system notices when the form changes and adapts the reading. Anything it cannot assign with certainty goes to your team instead of passing on errors.
Can customers ask questions directly?+
Yes, through an AI assistant in the app or on the website. It only answers from your checked data and says where each answer comes from.
Do we have to switch our software?+
No. The system delivers the data into the software you already use, or through an interface to website and app. Your processes stay.
Does the AI decide over our heads?+
No. The system prepares and flags what is unclear. You decide what may be passed on without approval, and every step is traceable.
What happens to our data?+
It belongs to you and is only used for your tasks. We process it in line with the GDPR. Where it is stored and who may access it is set out in writing before the start.
What does it cost?+
The price depends on the number of sources and channels. After the first conversation you receive a concrete offer for a pilot. It also states what we measure, so you can see whether it pays off.
Do we need our own IT specialists?+
No. We build and run the system. On your side it mainly takes people who know how the work runs today.
Where does your company lose the most time to data?
In one conversation we find out together where that is. And we show you what a system can take over.
